staff were exceptional, room was brand-new and spotless with garden. an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and a multi-channel television were all available.

The setting was particularly good, just off all the wildlife along the way, and the beautiful Mirissa where there is much to explore in Southern Sri Lanka. The rooms were brand-new and immaculately clean in general, with comfy bed. All the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful, resolved my issues.

The stay was fantastic with a lovely room equipped with a private bathroom including amenities like a hairdryer, bidet, and a shower cap, a very comfy bed, and incredibly friendly staff.

The double room at Coastal Villa Mirissa was just perfect for me. It had a private entrance, which made me feel like I had my own little haven. I loved having an electric kettle in the room so I could make myself a cozy cup of tea whenever I wanted. The seating area was great for lounging and relaxing after a long day at the beach. it was a comfortable and inviting space that truly made my stay enjoyable.

The only thing I liked less about the room was that it didn't have a bathtub. But hey, some people might prefer a refreshing shower instead!

The location is just a short walk to the beach, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The room is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities like complimentary tea, Wi-Fi, and mosquito netting. The bathroom is also large and has a great shower. Outside, there is a table and chairs, as well as a badminton net for some fun. The property is well-lit at night, and the breakfast spread is delicious. The owner and caretaker were friendly and helpful. They offer services like whale watching and taxi arrangements. a fantastic experience with great hospitality, beautiful views, and excellent facilities. Highly recommended for a wonderful vacation.

coastal villa exceeded my expectations with their attentive hospitality, clean rooms, and delicious food. their beautiful garden filled with "araliya" trees created a peaceful atmosphere. highly recommended for a relaxing stay in mirissa.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that I had everything I needed. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious room that had air conditioning, hot water, and a kettle. the hotel was very clean and had a lovely garden. The location was perfect as it was very close to everything, including the beach, making it very easy to get around and explore this city. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and provided me with plenty of food to start my day.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and shops, making it easy to access everything. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with good facilities such as a kettle, tea bags and mosquito netting. Staff are friendly and accommodating, even organizing activities such as whale watching. Breakfast is delicious and served out in the fresh air. the property is also well lit at night, making it secure.

The hotel can experience electricity problems at times, which is a common occurrence outside of the main areas.

We had an absolutely great stay at this place. The location is perfect, being very close to everything we needed, including the beautiful beach. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. They even organized a car hire for us and helped us with grocery shopping. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was fast and reliable. we highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.
